Niigata Machine Technos introduces the N-Series Horizontal Machining Centers—N500, N600, and N700—engineered to deliver exceptional rigidity, precision, and productivity for demanding heavy-duty machining applications. Designed and manufactured in Japan, the N-Series reflects Niigata’s singular focus and decades-long expertise in horizontal machining center technology.
Built around Niigata’s proprietary BOX in BOX® construction, the N-Series achieves outstanding structural rigidity with minimal deformation across the X and Y axes. This design, combined with an ultra-rigid T-shaped mono-cast base featuring a honeycomb structure and three-point leveling, provides exceptional stability without the need for a special foundation.
At the heart of each N-Series machine is a Big Plus spindle, delivering the speed, power, and precision required for a wide range of machining applications—from roughing to high-accuracy finishing. High-speed roller guideways with rapid traverse rates on all axes further enhance productivity, enabling faster cycle times while maintaining machining stability. The N-Series comes standard with the Fanuc 31i-B controller and specially designed free way covers.
